By accessing or using the Ticketing Solution platform (the "Platform"), website, or any associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, event organizers, and any other person who accesses or uses the Platform. Ticketing Solution reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Ticketing Solution is an online ticketing and travel management platform that allows users to browse and book tickets for events, travel, and experiences; manage bookings and reservations; access digital tickets and travel documents; communicate with event organizers and service providers; and receive promotional offers and updates.

The Platform acts as an intermediary between users and service providers (event organizers, transport companies, experience providers). Ticketing Solution is not responsible for the quality, safety, or accuracy of third-party services listed on the Platform.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information; maintain and promptly update your account information; keep your password secure and confidential; immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account; and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Ticketing Solution reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are used for fraudulent purposes. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account independently. Users between 13 and 17 years of age may use the Platform only with verifiable parental or guardian consent.

Booking Process: All bookings made through Ticketing Solution are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service provider. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or notification from us.

Pricing: All prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to booking confirmation. Once a booking is confirmed, the price is locked.

Payment Methods: We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Ticketing Solution does not store complete payment card details.

Convenience Fees: Ticketing Solution may charge a convenience fee for facilitating bookings. This fee is non-refundable unless the event or service is cancelled by the provider.

Failed Transactions: In case of a payment failure where your account has been debited but no booking confirmation is received, please contact us within 7 working days. We will investigate and refund any erroneous deductions within 5–7 business days.

You agree NOT to use the Platform to engage in ticket scalping, reselling, or unauthorized commercial use of tickets; create fake or multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes; use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Platform or purchase tickets; share, transfer, or sell your account credentials; or post false, misleading, or defamatory content.

Additionally, you must not violate any applicable local, national, or international law; infringe upon intellectual property rights of Ticketing Solution or any third party; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform; or collect or harvest user data without explicit consent.

Violation of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bookings without refund, and/or legal action.

All content on the Platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software – is the property of Ticketing Solution or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform; use automated data collection techniques; modify or create derivative works from any Platform content; or use our trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers without prior written consent.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Platform Provided "As-Is": The Platform and all content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Third-Party Services: Ticketing Solution is not liable for the acts, omissions, errors, or representations of any third-party service providers, event organizers, or venues listed on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ticketing Solution, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In case of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@ticketingsolution.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

You waive any right to bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

Ticketing Solution may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and dispute resolution provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email to your registered address. The date of the most recent revision will appear at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
